    Add sugar and yeast to steamed milk. Add sugar and salt to the flour and mix. We throw in yeast with milk and beaten eggs. Knead the dough. At the end, add fat (preferably butter). We knead again, but already finally. We leave it for an hour. When it is infused, we divide it into 2 parts, leave one under a towel, and from the second we weave various braids, make doves and other decorations. Then, with the help of water and fat, we combine it with other pieces in the shape of a circle. But you have to keep in mind that if you are weaving braids, they are the first to be put into shape. Once the loaf is completely decorated, brush it with a mixture of egg yolk and boiled milk. After that you can bake.

    For the dough, we take 1.5 kg of flour, half a kilogram of sugar, as well as fat (you can use different types: butter, margarine, lard), 0.5 l of milk, 1 tsp. salt, 50 g of yeast (pressed), 2 tbsp. l. oil, 2 yolks mixed with 2 tbsp. milk We make the dough in this order - yeast, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, half of milk and add 5 tbsp. l. flour We leave it, meanwhile we prepare the pastry. Beat 5 eggs, add salt and sugar, beat. Mix the batter with the foam, add milk, then warm the fat. Misimo Then flour. Knead not very runny, but not beaten either, so that it does not stick to your hands. Then oil. We are still kneading. Let's approach. Then put in molds, decorate, brush with egg and milk and bake.

    Recipe
    Heat the milk slightly, sprinkle fresh yeast there, add 2 spoons of sugar and a spoonful of flour. Rub 2/3 of the butter with sugar, melt the rest. Continuing to rub, add 6 egg yolks one at a time, rub until a homogeneous loose mass.
    Pour the solution into a container with the whipped mass and mix gently, gradually adding flour. At the end, add raisins, the rest of the butter and mix gently. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place.
    How the dough will fit - divide it into shapes and let it rise again. Brush the top with yolk, sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 40 minutes. Ripen paska to polish.

    For the dough, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Beat the egg and add oil, vinegar and water to it. Gradually add the resulting liquid to the flour and knead the dough.
    For the filling, peel and boil the potatoes, fry the onion in oil. Mash potatoes with fried onions. Next, roll out small circles of dough in a thick layer and put the filling inside. It is necessary to mold round buns and bake them for 25 minutes.
  • MANDRICS
    Recipe
    Grind the cheese thoroughly, add 2 egg yolks, salt to taste, warm oil, then flour, soda, beaten egg whites (2 pcs.), knead a soft dough.
    For the filling, just mix everything until smooth.
    Cut circles in the rolled dough with a glass. Put a spoonful of filling on one, and cover with the other. Seal the edges a little with a fork.
    Grease a baking sheet with oil, form mandrikas, put them on a baking sheet, bake on medium heat until almost done.
